RECIPE: The Cascadia 75

  • 0.75 oz Monin Violet Syrup
  • 0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 oz. Crater Lake Prohibition Gin
  • 2-3 oz. Sparkling Brut Rosé

Shake syrup, lemon, and gin over ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with bubbles.
