- 2 oz Kraken black rum
- 1 oz Creme de Cassis
- 2 bar spoons Portland Syrups Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup
- 1 bar spoon red passionfruit syrup
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 egg white
- Dash of nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Dry shake (no ice) for about 30-45 seconds, add ice, shake again until chilled. Strain into something pretty.
