• 2 oz Kraken black rum
• 1 oz Creme de Cassis
• 2 bar spoons Portland Syrups Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup
• 1 bar spoon red passionfruit syrup
• Juice of 1/2 lime
• 1 egg white
• Dash of nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Dry shake (no ice) for about 30-45 seconds, add ice, shake  again until chilled.  Strain into something pretty.
